[A/S] Battery and Control Panel PCB

Hello fellow 'Streamers,
When I pull the "shore" power from my Airstream it seems I have no 12V
power.
The battery is fully charged and the 1972 model convertor works fine when
plugged in to 120V. I put new battery terminals on.
I looked on the side of the unit and no fuses seem to be shot.
I did not pull them and check them with my meter for fear of breaking
one.
What would you look at first?

On another matter, I had to pull my control panel and I snapped a picture
of my repaired PCB while I had it out.
The picture shows a repaired trace. If your black and fresh water lights
do not work at all this fix might help and I will send anyone a copy of
the pic that needs it.
