Dependent upon how deep the scratches are you might
find some success going over those spots with
Walbernize Super Seal.  I have some Bradford Pear
trees that are close to my drive.  I brushed them
backing the trailer into the drive.  Used Super Seal
and you can't see the scratches at all.  Obviously the
key is the depth of the scratches.  Mine were
extremely light.  

When I went to pick up my trailer new, the dealer's
prep guy was doing this to a trailer parked next to
mine.  The owner had hit some tree limbs with his new
trailer.  While it didn't take out the scratches in
this case, it make them less apparent.
