A good website for this potential problem is www.forddiesel.com.  They 
also have a discussion group. They offer FW16 type solution that's 
cheaper than Ford's, as well as test strips to check coolant for 
adequate concentration.
An excellent source for PSD owners is "Power Stroke Registry" 
published quarterly- 1313 South Park Street, #200, Carrollton, Ga. 
30117 (I have no connection with them). It's $35 a year.
