Is your trailer insured?
Contact your insurer, you may be covered for this loss under your all
perils coverage or, if your trailer is insured under an auto form, by
your comprehensive coverage. The adjuster, with your help, can work out
repairs with an A/S repair facility.
I go through this range of emotions with everyone who has breakins or
vandalism done to their property. I don't think sometimes we realize how
much emotional trauma is suffered by something seemingly as simple as a
break-in and  theft.  The best recovery from this sort of kick in the
head, is to take some action to prevent it happening again. Often this
is a burglar alarm system or another dead bolt.
