Actually the Airstream manual that came with my trailer recommends 12 to 15 percent on 
the tongue.  The higher limit would be 945.  That squares with the GVWR-GAWR(s) on my 
rig which IIRC gives me a tongue weight of about 14.5%.  That figure is from memory 
though so warrantee lasts until you blink next.  ;^)>
