Arnie, some of the people here at Port O'Call stuff thier 'frig with wadded 
newspaper while the trailer is in storage over the summer.  We clean and dry 
our 'frig, place a open box of baking soda inside and then block the door so 
it stays open six inches or so.  To date, we have had no problem, but trailer 
has not sat too long without being used.
