I'm in Tampa Florida. There are small powdercoating companies 
everywhere. Businesses with one small oven. The guy that did my stuff 
is a company that powdercoats for the aluminum extrusion business I 
manage. LIke I said, they are all over and do small runs. Usually 
they can piggyback your parts with someone else running the same 
colors. I don't know what mine would have cost since I had him run it 
with other silver anodized painted parts that he does for our 
company. I don't think it is terribly expensive. They can get 1-2 
pounds of powder free from the manufacturers just as a sample. That 
much paint will do almost every piece of metal in the trailer. Check 
them out. I'm sure you will find one in your area
