Yuh gots to have some way to get rid of
the heat. If yours is next to the sink
cabinet, maybe a computer fan pulling
from where the microwave is into the
under sink space would work.

Also, I have noticed that the microwaves
in RVs all say "RV microwave" somewhere on
them. I wonder if they are built differently
to take the bouncing. The one I had in my boat
was just normal though.
