I have this type of hitch mounted bike rack. I dont remember what the 
brand its, I think its a yakima. its fabulous, it hauls 4 bikes 
easily, I have the wide racks for the exotic bikes, those that dont 
have a straight cross bar, It lets down for easy access to the back , 
the back flips up too when the rack is in the down position without 
any problem. Its heavy duty and really nice. It was pretty expensive 
too. dont remember the price since I bought it with the upper yakima 
racks for my kayak. The only thing I dont like about it is that I 
cant haul my airstream with it in place. I have seen a modified 
version though where it was welded onto another hitch and it really 
looked nice, just would loose that let down option to open back door 
up.
