[A/S] Cleaning 45 Years of Grime!

As I prepare for diving into the restoration of my 57 Caravanner, I stall in
awe of the grime and gunk that has accumulated inside over the past 45 or so
years.

I'm sure you all recognize this stage of the game, the beginning! I wanted
to get some tips from you all as to what cleaning chemicals/processes work
best and most effectively. For example, what would you recommend for
cleaning:

-Appliances/ sink
-Inside of cabinets
-Window and skylight frames
-Screens
-Mounted fixtures
-Toilet and shower

Your help, as always, is most appreciated.
