 The Bal jacks are for stabilizing, not levelling. Use a stack of boards
or whatever for the levelling, then crank down the stabilizer jacks
equally. We do reef on 'em a bit to do a final touch-up on the level,
but not all that much.

I "shot" our trailer end-to-end to calibrate the level on the trailer
and found it off by about 1/2" before. Set it to "perfectly level" using
the instrument, then readjusted the level so it was right on. You want
it near-perfect front-to-back, and at least "good" side-to-side for the
refrigerator's sake.
