I just did this in my trailer.

First I dilled a hole at the end of the crack.  Then filed it with
caulk/glue.  Next to hide the crack, I sprayed the entire end cap with
texture spray from a can.

Then I painted over it.

I did the same thing with the front curved window frames since they were
broke clean in half.
