Chuck & Lynn,
That's the nature of the converter that A/S used to use. The best thing
is to replace with with a smart charger/converter such as the
Inteli-Power with Charge Wizard. Failing that, learn to live with it. My
buddy calls it "part of the Airstream Mystique". <<grin>>
