When you say full coverage, do you mean to the edge of the wheel?

The Hub caps pictured seem to have the same three ridges around the edges that are on 
the edges of the four that I have (4 sale)

They came with my '73, not sure if they are the same as those pictured. but as far as 
going out to the edge of the chrome in the pictures, mine look the same.  There is no 
blue stripe on them though.
