I pay $275 to park here at a mixed trailor and RV lot, electric and water 
thrown in.  Cable just came in.  I would be interested in what your water and 
electricity added on bring your expenses up to average not exact.  Nosy right!
My Argosy was already on this park, it is lovely and great walking to the 
beach. It is in a flood zone and I don't have a tow vehicle. I may just sell 
in Feb./march and take some spinning lessons up in the far North countryand 
come back to a city. I am not a good mechanic.
