When I bought my Argosy I noticed about 1/4" hole about 3" from the bottom
of the front edge of the gutter around the door:
I said to the former owner; What's the hole for?
He said; The padlock.
I said; What padlock?
He said; If you put a padlock in the hole then the door won't come open even
if it is not latched.
I said: Hmmmmmmmmm.
