My original equipment electric jack has been acting up.  I removed it 
and had it rewound and repaired.  It is back to it's old tricks again.
It will jack up the trailer a few inches and then it starts to click 
loudly.  Unfortunatley the jack stops before it is high enought to 
get my ball under the hitch.

Any suggestions?  I do not have the manual crank.
