What the light is telling you is that your Hot and your Neutral (Black 
and White) are reversed at some point. This dose not mean you will get 
a shock if you touch the skin what it dose mean is that if you are 
working on the system you can get hit grabbing a neutral when it is 
hot. You don't want the ground and the hot switched, as this will give 
you a hit when you become the path to ground. Be very careful and stop 
working on the trailer until you figure out the problem. Get an 
electrician or a good book don't try working on this problem on advise 
from a discussion list, it may cost you your life.
