Fred, you are NOT to young to join WBCCI.  We took our son to his first rally 
when he was about two months old.  Was cold that night and froze the water in 
the supply hose.  We made blue berets for our three children, since the 
factory made berets were too large for them.  We bought berets to get the 
WBCCI patch to put on the berets we made.  

We first joined WBCCI when we were in our late 20s and recently rejoined.
