On the trip that I just returned from, it started raining one evening 
and I stepped out & dropped one corner of my awning by two clicks on 
the awning support bracket. I guess I lowered it to low. The next 
morning I found the center support bracket in the middle of the 
awning had twisted the mounting on the TT & pulled the rivets loose. 
Also the the rod won't retract like it has to in order to be secured 
to the side of the TT. I did get the rivets replaced & will 
straigtened the bracket later. I would suggest before dropping one 
corner of the awning more then one click, take down the center 
support bracket.
