This summer I couldn't connect to PocketMail to retrieve my e-mail messages 
on any pay telephone I tried in the greater Denver area.  Could connect on 
the phone (non-pay phone) in the camp ground office.  I wrote PocketMail, but 
didn't get an answer that addressed the problem I was having.  Anyone else 
having a similar problem?

Because of Pocketmail's poor customer service, I dropped my serviced at the 
end of the first year.
