Gary - I just installed two Fantastic fans in my 25' Airstream.  I just took
the nearest ceiling fixture down and fished two wires (which come with the
fan) over to the opening.  If there is a bow frame in the way, I drilled a
1/2" hole through it and then taped several layers of electrical tape around
the wires so they would not fray.  Once the light fixture is installed
again, everything is covered.  The fans have three speeds and are quiet.
Order the 12 volt units so they will operate anytime.  Mine work
