I was out test driving some trucks (used) this weekend.

I drove:

     2000 F350 Crew Cab 7.3 Diesel - with 35K
     1997 F350 Crew Cab 7.3 Diesel Dually - with 117K
     1994 K3500 Crew Cab 6.4 Diesel Dually - with 164K

The Fords both seemed to turn better than the GM, The GM was louder and 
did not ride as nice as the Ford's either.

A caveat would be that the GM was older and had the most miles on it of 
all of them.  It also had the most worn tires of the group.  I'm 
personally leaning towards the 1997 at this point. But who knows.
