Yep.  I reused the ground shunt in my new fuse panel and it works great.  It
shows discharging when not hooked to ac and running a light or something.
And it shows a positive current into the battery when wired to ac and
charging.

The statpower also has a second charge bank output for a second battery.  I
used this to power my power on light.  So when that lights, I know I am on
shore power.
