[A/S] Hensley Hitch Height

I have a 1995 Dodge RAM 2500 4x4, with a hitch height of 23" and I'm
using a Hensley Arrow hitch.  I'm going this weekend to look at a 1974
Tradewind, and I suspect that the hitch is going to sit too high to
hookup.

Does anyone have a recommendation on what I can do to make this
combination work?  Are there adapaters that I can use to lower the hitch
height?

I appreciate any input.
