Gary, don't count on a lot of help from the Dometic customer service people.
First, they put you on hold for a while. Then, if Bob or Tom take your call,
hang up and call back. They know nothing. I called twice to ask how to
install the door panel in my new 2510-2 model refrigerator (an extra cost
item not supplied). Both times I was given incorrect information. Tom
insisted that I should remove screws that didn't exist and Bob was equally
misinformed. Fortunately, Greg Paulsen on the list had the answer. Thanks,
Greg.
