Welcome aboard! Hate to burst your bubble, but, There aren't vintage 
AS's in abundance in the NY - NJ area! I drove to Tampa, Fla. to buy
mine! Keep looking, it's worth the wait! I love my 67 Safari. I spent
alot of time looking at vintage years and the different layouts until I
knew what year and model I wanted. I drove to Tampa from Long Island and
the day I bought it went straight to Disneyworld and camped in it for 4
nights! Best way to find out what all is wrong and what to fix!!!!!!!!
The drive back was a trial by fire way to learn about towing!
