I'm crossing my fingers Jon.  It was 89 yesterday in
St. Louis and the unit easily kept the temp down in
the low 70's and cycled the compressor.  I'm not sure
what changed but it seems to be operating ok at this
point.  I'm in the telecommunications world and I can
tell you countless stories of reporting problems to
the local telco that seem to disappear even though no
problem is found.

Glad you liked the JC posting. I think the biggest
issue was the wait time even though I had an
appointment.  Everyone I met over the days there
seemed to take the wait in stride.  Since I seemed to
be the only one there that was not in retirement, the
issue of needing extra time seemed to be one that
everyone needs to be aware of.
