I think an article appeared in a magazine several months ago indicating that
Airstream had announced plans to begin a refurbishment program for vintage
units.  I think the article mentioned refurbishments at Jackson Center as
well as a new facility to be located in a southwestern state.

The Airstream factory service department at Jackson Center has always worked
on vintage trailers and motorhomes but I don't know if a formal program of
refurbishment was ever advertised.

You can contact the service manager at JC to verify or obtain details.
