The stabilizers are the crankdown legs (one one each
corner of the trailer).  Keeps the rock and roll down.

The Safari's up to 2002 came equipped with either two,
like Sam's '99, or with 4 like my '01 did.  The
problem was they were not the quality that were
provided with the Classic line trailers.  As a matter
of fact they one's supplied with the Safari's were
really designed for pop up campers.  Both Sam and I
conversed with A/S in the past about the excessive
motion in the trailer due to the improper sizing of
these stabilizers.  They apparently got a lot of owner
feedback on this issue and changed to one's used on
the Classic line trailers for 2002.  Once I walked
inside Sam's trailer, I knew I had to change out mine
also.
