I'm running on a 20 amp circuit with 118 volts available.  Air 
conditioner was the only thing on (that circuit) and in the A/S at 
the time and is pulling just less than 15 amps.  At the campground I 
was on a 30 amp circuit with 114 volts available.  Performance was 
identical at both sites.  I'm skeptical about this being the problem, 
especially in light of the dealer's claim that it was 72 degrees in 
the trailer based on the furnace thermostat thermometer which I have 
proven to be incorrect.  The dealer and I both agree on the 
temperature drop across the coils.  His measurements duplicate mine 
at home and on my last trip.  I would think that if I had 
insufficient power I would not be able to recreate those measurements.

Good thougt though Hunter.  I would point the same issue if any one 
posted similar problems.
