[A/S] GOOD REPAIR SHOP

To All Listees,

I believe in giving praise where praise is due, and guilt where it is due.
This is PRAISE for a repair shop. It is NOT an advertisement, paid or
otherwise.

The shop that I have such high praise for is:

C&G TRAILER SERVICE
9241 Sonrisa St.
Bellflower, CA 90706
1-562-634-6286

Email: cgtrailer@aol.com

I did business with them while I was in CA from 86-91, while I was in
LA(cajun type, not CA) from 91-95, and now since I have gotten this new A/S.
They have proven to be honest, fair, and VERY helpful. They are a
small(4bays?, don't remember) business that is family run. If they don't
have the part, they will order it and have it "drop shipped" direct to you.
The window that I just had to replace (heat blew it out), I received within
5 days direct from Airstream, and my credit card had not even been submitted
to their bank yet. Found this out when I called them to thank them for the
speedy service and to ask if I could sing their praises here. They also
will give FREE advice (yes, I said FREE) over the phone. Also, will tell
you if you can find the part you are looking for at Home Depot, Lowes, etc.

If you think that this is high marks for a repair shop, and it can't be
true, I believe that Pearl may back me up on this. I didn't ask her first
about this, but she does know them. Sorry, Pearl.

Also, Airstream Parts knows them BY NAME and did not need to look them up to
see if they were an authorized shop. That says something to me.

Enough of my ranting. If you are in the area and need help, give Rodney and
his wife a call. They are more than willing to help. Also, their shop
looks like a museum (SP) with all the old photos on the walls.

Thanks Hunter for providing this venue for this.
