[A/S] Trailer Brake Adjustment

     I believe they adjust just like any other brakes...at least, 
mine do...you jack the wheel up, and adjust the rachet wheel with a 
brake tool until the wheel spins freely, go back until it binds, then 
back off to just free (there will be some noise, still, because of 
the way these brakes operate).
     Adjusting the controller is not the same as adjusting the brakes 
themselves.
