Late charges, since the sale originally occurred in Oct. 2000, I had tax
penalties to pay.  Never mind that I've been trying to get it
resolved...LOL....they don't care about that.     I had to pay a late
penalty and interest on the taxes!
Yup....Florida in mid August...coping requires a beach breeze and a blender
and adequate sunscreen...
