Hi Jim,

I've only left them for short times so if there was a power outage it 
wouldn't be a problem... but I have heard people say they leave the Fantastic 
Fan on and a window cracked along with the A/C just in case.

It has to be awfully hot out for that trailer to get *that* hot.  It won't 
heat up like a car does. Mine sits here in the sun every afternoon..... it's 
in the low 90 and inside it get up to 98.... a car will get 120 in 
minutes....
