what you are looking for and it runs either electric or propane.

are a lot of simular web sites that sell about the same thing. They must 
be reliable since if I recall correctly when I stayed in B& B's in 
Britain, the water heater was in the bathroom and only came on when you 
needed water to shave or shower. It was surely enough and never ran out 
at the end of the shower. I understand a lot of businesses that have to 
have volumes of hot water, also use the tankless water heater.
My 74 still has it's original water heater and it does just fine for 
weekending and rallies, but as soon as this Canuck goes full time, it's 
coming out and a tankless is being installed.
