Thanks for the info everyone.  This website is quite complete.FYI the 
ammonia smell I'm finding inside my fridge is definitely not the 
standard household ammonia smell.  However, I don't think the leak is so 
bad that I can't handle the replacement myself.Thanks again for all the info-- Wayne Lindberg
