Hello,

    I am installing a 14 x 14 hehr vent cover. It looks like it was 
installed with a grey buytl tape or mastic. Do I use Vulkem , grey 
buytl tape or a combination of both for in between the vent and the 
trailer.  Can I use washers for rivit holes that are too big or do I 
need to get bigger rivits. I have the 5/32 Olympic rivits
