touch the ceiling to see if it's sticky....most units i've seen for sale  
are represenated as above avg. and well cared for the but the
ceiling touch is the tell tail.... my feeling is if someone went so far to 
keep it clean they probably took care of the rest of the systems at the same 
level  steve
