Jack Canavera       I went thru going into Vancourver BC and it was a 
couple of years ago.     I am supposed to go again in August.....will 
drive up the coast and
go thru Vancourver and then take the ferry over to the Sunshine coast 
and north to Sechelft BC.   tho ffriend Nan said the ferry has gotten so 
expensive may just leave the trailer the the Lacey Land
Yacht Harbor and take the van....wonder what they will say a 1 ton van 
and only 1 old lady driving it?    Have crossed at Blaine WA a number of 
times over the years but that is really off the beaten
path.   Yes, I do have CA plates.      Had no trouble at all when 
several of us crossed going to Brandon
But when anyone gives me trouble I just become a a stuffy old lady!!    
Remember several years ago going across headed to a funeral in Sechelt 
and had my Golden Retreiver with me and no one asked for
any papers going either way  so asked the US customs why  "He said dogs 
traveling with seniors always have their papers but dogs with families
