We're going to replace the kitchen sink just for that reason. It was a 
toss-up, because alot of times two sinks would come in handy, but we 
really could use more counter space.
A futon over the water tank is a good suggestion. I'll look into it. I 
might get a wooden framed one, so I can 'customize' it to fit. There's 
not a lot of space in the front, so I'd hate to have wasted space behind 
the sofa.
