HI 
I found a similar deal in my own back yard I didn't have a clew what to look 
for it was owned by a "kindly" old man who assured that eavery thing worked 
and eavery thing was in absolutly 1st class shape. $4000.00 seamed fair price 
afterall Airstreams last foreaver right? WRONG!!!!!!! We started on a trip 
the bath fell through the floor the fridge quit the water htr was shot. 
Bottom line we spent at least $2500 on it to get it liveable the defects were 
claverly hidden. Still to be done New upholstry needed New crovers on the 
Care Free awnings 
The fridge died again It has now become a challange I am now in the process 
of remanufacturing the whole trailer . this little job will run at least 
another$4000.  It has become an obsession with me. 
When I am done it will still be worth about $4000.
Some day I may list all the things I have done and put them on the list if 
anyone is intrested.
