And all three sound like the sound of power, and economy, to me.  I hear
them pass by all the time, towing large RVs, when I'm stopped at a gas
station filling my Ford's tanks with $2/gallon premium unleaded.

Actually, the ones I have driven are pretty quiet in the cab.  The
manufacturers have done an excellent job of sound insulation.
