Click on manufactured homes and check out the second park. It doesn't have a
swimming pool. The prices at that park might provide another perspective for
spending your money. The one on the corner with the long driveway would be
convenient for working on your Airstream, even if there was a two day
restriction on having it parked there.

These types of places are all over Florida and the prices are similar. One
of the fringe benefits is the standard $30 a month to park your Airstream in
the RV storage lot.

Living can be economical for those who do their homework and don't need all
the amenities. Those with Airstreams can take off every Friday and get their
weekend "fix" of wide open spaces before returned for another week of tight
quarters.

Another fringe benefit is it can buy some time before you spend serious
money. With your restoration skills, most places can be dressed up to
appreciate in value. That could be a benefit all by itself.
