Based on only brief test drives in each of the three, I think my subjective
opinion would be the Chevy was less noisy than the other two.

I also was impressed by the Allison 5 spd automatic.  If I buy either a
Dodge-Cummins or Ford PSD, it will be with a manual close ratio 6 speed.  It
may be interesting to watch.  Ford and Dodge may very well rush to offer a 5
speed automatic to compete with the Duramax/Allison within a model year or
two.  Light truck sales is a huge and profitable market and I doubt that
Ford and Dodge are going to sit back and allow buyers to move to Chevys if
they can prevent it.

A good friend who is a Chevy truck salesman told me MSRP but of course he is
not the only salesman nor the only Chevy store in the state.
