Thanks you to everyone for your generous and positive responses to my first
time out. It was lovely to read all of your messages. Today we are taking
it on the frist real camping trip, only 100 miles, but sleeping in it for 3
nights. I'll definitely get some pics of it at the show with my digital
camera, plus anything else interesting, and then I'll learn how to post
them in the files.

I haven't measured the width yet, although I know the restrictions which
apply; also the restrictions on the use of electric brakes in the UK,
however, I am towing it with a GMC Vandura 3/4 ton conversion van which in
the US would be considered a good tow vehicle. I'm just assuming I won't
get stopped because the rig looks right, and if I do, I will argue the case
and probably not get penalised for it. It has been towed by a 1975 T-bird
in this country for seveal years by its previous Canadian owners with no
problems.
