It does say weight distributing 10,000 lbs. and tongue weight 1,000
lbs. on a sticker on the hitch. The same sticker says 5,000 and 500
otherwise.
I do have Goodyear tires on my F-250. Don't know if all '00 F-250's
have them, but mine definitely came with them.
