John,

If you can locate one, they are no longer in production, buy and install a
Kelsey-Hayes or Warner hydraulic-electric controller.  They are hard to
locate.

They can be used on a Dodge, or Chevy or Ford with ABS.

Whatever you do, avoid the Voyager inertia-activated controllers
manufactured by Tekonsha.  They work poorly and require constant adjustment
and readjustment if you are towing a larger, heavier trailer.
