Jim -
the short answer is, 'i don't know'.
I would think it would be 'sharper turns up front', because the pivot point
is closer to the turning wheels of the tow-vehicle.
It's a moot point, though, because you could always use a trailer hitch
extender... extends the receiver a foot or two.
