Just spoke to the Service Manager in Jackson Center. He states they use Bostic 1100 caulk which can be had at Lowes or Home Depot. He stated it was no big deal to use any good grade of exterior flexible caulk. He further advised it made no difference as to using Vulkem 116 or 616. Terry Jones
